A bit fragile from the anesthetic, but I'm fine. They took me in for surgery at 8.30am and I was home before noon!!!
I'll post more tomorrow...need to sleep, but wanted to let you all know I'm ok.

- After being told by a naturopath, that I have stomach candida, I began learning about how different foods react in your body. I have spent YEARS giving friends free advice, usually unsolicited, on this topic but all in the name of love! I've taught myself what foods I can & cannot tolerate & have realized that one person's food is another's poison.
